Exchange Policy

We want you and your pup to be thrilled with your Barking Nipsey purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review our exchange-only policy below:

 

4.1 Exchange Eligibility
• You may request an exchange for eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with labels still attached and in original packaging.
• Sale, clearance, or custom-fit items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size (if in stock) or for another item of equal or lesser value.

4.2 How to Initiate an Exchange

To begin an exchange, email us at customerservice@barkingnipsey.com with your order number and your preferred exchange item. Once approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number and shipping instructions.

4.3 Exchange Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm if it meets our eligibility requirements. If approved, your exchange item will be shipped within 5–7 business days. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to choose a suitable alternative.

4.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. Barking Nipsey will cover shipping for the replacement item.
