Based on your dogs profile and membership selected, you will receive a curated selection of clothing items and accessories every month that are perfect for your dog.

After joining, you’ll be prompted to complete your dog’s profile. This includes providing details like their gender, size, preferred colors, and any specific style preferences. You can update this profile at any time by logging into your Barking Nipsey account.

Each month, your box will include a selection of fashion items tailored to your dog’s style. This could be anything from trendy and/or seasonal outfits to cool collars, bandanas and accessories. Occasionally, we’ll throw in a surprise gift to keep things exciting!

Absolutely! We understand that flexibility is important. You can easily skip a month or pause your membership for up to 3 months. Simply contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to facilitate the change for you!

We want every item to fit perfectly! If something doesn’t fit right, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your box. We’ll arrange an exchange or provide you with a credit towards your next box.

Thank you for your purchase! Your first billing date will be scheduled for one month after your initial purchase date, and subsequent billing will occur monthly on that same date.

Absolutely! Barking Nipsey memberships make the perfect gift for any dog lover. You can purchase a gift membership on our website, and the lucky recipient will receive an email to set up their dog’s profile and start enjoying their stylish deliveries.

While we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your membership anytime by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel Membership” option. Make sure to cancel before the monthly cutoff date to avoid being billed for the next month.

No problem! You can add additional dogs to your membership. Each dog will have their own profile, and you’ll receive separate outfits tailored to each dog’s style. Discounts are available for multi-dog memberships.

At Barking Nipsey, we want you and your pup to love every item in your box! Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide online store credit for eligible returns.

If you receive a damaged item, simply take a photo and email it to customerservice@barkingnipsey.com. A customer service representative will get in touch with you within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps for returning the damaged item. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s billing system.
